FAQs

Can I do this program from a different country?

Yes! Our online training platform gives you access to top level training anywhere in the world. As long as you bring your work ethic, we will take care of the rest. 

Can I complete a training program regardless of where I live?

Yes! There will be equipment needed in parts of the program, but your location will not dictate the quality of training you receive. You can live anywhere and be apart of our program!

What kind of equipment do I need?

You will need access to some basic training items that will allow you to complete our training sessions. This includes, running shoes, rower, ski erg, bicycle, cardio equipment, gym membership, home gym, dumbbells, barbells, etc….

How long are the workouts?

The aerobic training sessions range from 30-120 mins depending on the week, the strength sessions are 30-60 minutes, and the riding program is dependent on skill level, age, and a multitude of other factors.

What if I want more individual training or attention?

We have a program for that! Check out our Silver & Gold packages to receive more individualized one-on-one training from the Troll Training team.

What happens if I don’t have a bike/rower/ski-erg? 

No problem. If you have legs or arms, we can write a program that allows you to implement almost any mono structural activity into your training that you can/want to do.

Can I switch workout days around? 

Absolutely, you can move certain workouts around to fit your schedule as needed. But we recommend sticking to the program as much as possible because of the way we structure our training sessions to maximize fitness gains.

Can I quit at any time?

Absolutely! You can choose to cancel at any time. We do not have long-term commitments. Although to fully reap the benefits of our program, we recommend at least 2-3 months.

What makes Troll Training different from other moto training programs out there?

Troll Training is the first of its kind in the world of motorsports. We are taking over 15 years of professional motocross and supercross racing from one of the fittest racers in the sport, Alex Martin, and combining that with the educated and proven training from John Wessling. With two like-minded fitness experts, you will get a full spectrum of training that is unmatched by any other motorsports training experience.
